Preparation is intended to supplement daily diet with significant ingredients naturally occurring in cod-liver oil - Vitamin A and D and essential fatty acids of Omega-3, especially EPA and DHA. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contribute to the proper functioning of the heart. Vitamin A helps to maintain healthy vision, whereas vitamin D helps to maintain healthy bones and teeth and takes part in the correct muscle function. Vitamins A and D also help in the proper functioning of the immune system. The beneficial effect is obtained with a consumption of 250 mg EPA and DHA per day.
Adults and children over 3 years of age: a half of a teaspoon (2,5 ml) per day. Do not exceed the recommended intake during the day.
In the case of pregnant women and children the use of cod-liver oil and other preparations containing vitamins A and D at the same time should be consulted with a doctor.
